If you have a continuous cough or a high temperature or loss/change of smell or taste, you are advised to stay at home for 10 days. Do not book a GP appointment or attend the GP practice. If you live with other people, they should also stay at home for at least 14 days >>>>> If your symptoms are serious, or get worse, the NHS has an online coronavirus service www.111.nhs.uk that can tell you if you need further medical help and advise on what to do. Only call 111 direct if you are advised to do so by the online service, or cannot go online >>>>> If you have COVID 19 symptoms with other health issues or are calling about NON COVID issues please contact the practice as normal. Government guidelines advise when visiting the Practice to wear a mask or face covering, only attend the surgery if asked by a GP.

Consultation Rooms  

The Practice has five consultation rooms and one treatment room to see patients.




Parking

Parking facilities are available for patients at the rear of the Practice. The parking area can be accessed via Earl Street. There are spaces available for up to 40 vehicles. The parking area is monitored using CCTV. The Practice does not take responsibility for any damage or loss of property that may arise.




Lift

There is a lift facility available for wheelchair users, elderly and pregnant women.





Access for Wheelchair users

There is a ramp facility at the front entrance and reception area of the health centre. The corridors and rooms are of a sufficient size to facilitate wheelchair users.




Disabled Toilets

This facility is located on the ground floor of the Practice and can be accessed via the patient waiting room.


Disabled car parking

There is one disabled car parking spot located at the front car park area of the Practice, and is accessible via the main entrance on Wednesbury road.


Induction Loop

Assistive listening aids are available for the hard of hearing or deaf.
